I’m always happy to discover books I might otherwise have missed, and I welcome review requests from authors, publishers, publicists, tour organisers and anyone contacting me on an author’s behalf.

I read across a wide range of genres and, for me, the story is far more important than the label. If a book catches my attention, I’m interested! The only genres I don’t currently review are horror and science fiction.

Before sending a request

Please send me the details of your book first rather than sending the book itself. I’ll take a look at every request I receive and will always reply. If I’d like to read your book, we can then arrange the best way for me to receive a review copy.

I’m happy to read books in any format, although digital copies are my preference. Timing is discussed individually and will depend on my existing review and blog tour commitments, but I always try to make room for reading outside my scheduled tours too.

If I accept a review copy, it is because I genuinely intend to read and review the book. Occasionally, however, a book that sounds perfect for me simply doesn’t work for me once I begin reading. If that happens, I’ll contact you privately to discuss it rather than publishing a review that I’m not comfortable sharing.

When I review your book

My reviews are always spoiler-free and written entirely in my own words. I decide what goes into my review and reviews are published without prior approval. I’m always happy to correct any factual errors, but I won’t change my opinion once a review has been published.

Every book is treated in exactly the same way, no matter where it came from. I do not accept payment for reviews.

After my review is published

My full review will be published on MoMoBookDiary and submitted to NetGalley where applicable. I’ll also share a shorter version on Amazon, Goodreads and StoryGraph where the book is listed, and share the review through my usual social media channels.

If there’s another site where you’d particularly like the review to appear, just let me know. I’m always happy to work with authors and publishers where the site allows me to submit a review.
