The first in a new cozy mysteries series, it delivers exactly what fans crave: a charming small-town setting, a determined amateur sleuth, and just the right blend of mystery and whimsy.
Tiffany and Rosie’s dream of a quieter life in Mariposas quickly turns into anything but calm. With big plans for their Bakery Cafe, they envision cupcakes and coffee—not acts of sabotage and murder. As Tiff’s investigative instincts kick in, readers are drawn into a web of secrets hiding behind the town’s idyllic facade. Winters expertly balances suspense with charm, keeping readers hooked until the very end.
